It is always in portant to ensure your contact information is updated where needed.
For W2 Taskers, you will want to update it in Ascen as your employer of record, and also update it in the Hyer app.
📌 If you also complete 1099 work on the Hyer app, you will want to update your contact information in Stripe, as Stripe is where payments go for 1099 work. See this article for more information.
How to Update Contact Information in Ascen
- Under the 'Home' tab in the Hyer app, tap the Ascen W2 Employee Portal link
- Once in your Acen dashboard, click on the 'Settings' tab (three horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner)
- Review the contact information that needs to be updated.
