For W2 tasks, if you have not fully completed your onboarding and background check with Ascen, you will not be able to apply to the task if the start date/time is within 72 hours from the time you are applying. This is because completing onboarding may take at least 3 days.
This is why you are seeing an 'Information' button when applying instead of an 'Apply' button (you will see an Information button explaining why the task is unavailable.)
If you have not completed W2 onboarding, you can only apply for W2 tasks that start more than 72 hours from now. Once you complete onboarding, the 72-hour restriction no longer applies. You can apply for any W2 task, including those starting sooner, as long as you meet all other task requirements.
