For W2 tasks, if you have not fully completed your onboarding and background check with Ascen, you will not be able to apply to the task if the start date/time is within 72 hours from the time you are applying. This is because completing onboarding may take at least 3 days.
This is why you are seeing an 'Information' button when applying instead of an 'Apply' button (you will see an Information button explaining why the task is unavailable.)
If You Have Not Completed W2 Onboarding, you can apply for W2 tasks that start more than 72 hours in the future. Once your onboarding is complete, you will be eligible to apply for W2 tasks regardless of how soon they start (assuming you meet all other task requirements).
