When you apply for a W2 task, you'll see different statuses depending on whether you are picked to work and if your onboarding for W2 is complete. Understanding these statuses will help you know what action, if any, is required and if you are okay to show up to work on that task.
📌Important: Being 'Selected' by the Customer does not mean you're ready to work. You must complete your W2 onboarding before the deadline (24 hours prior to the start time) to secure your ability to work. If you do not complete all requirements prior to the deadline, you will be canceled from the task and will not be able to work on that task.
Applied
❌ You have applied, but have not been picked by the Customer.
If your task shows Applied:
- Your application has been submitted.
- The Customer has not selected you to work.
- You are not okay to show up to work.
- If you are not selected, the task will move to your Archived tab.
Selected
❌ You have been selected by the Customer, but your eligibility to work the task is pending your completion of onboarding.
If your task shows Selected:
- The Customer has chosen you for the task.
- You are NOT eligible to work yet.
- You must complete the required W2 onboarding before the deadline shown in the app.
To begin:
- Open the task.
- Tap the blue Complete W2 Onboarding button.
- Complete every onboarding step before the deadline.
Important: If you do not finish onboarding before the deadline, you will be removed from the task and will not be allowed to work it.
Scheduled
✅ You are Confirmed to show up and work the task.
If your task shows Scheduled:
- The Customer has selected you.
- Your W2 onboarding has been successfully completed.
- You are confirmed to work on the task.
- Be sure to arrive at the scheduled location and time.
