The first time you apply to a W2 task, you must review and acknowledge the required onboarding information before your application can be submitted.
The first time you are 'Selected' to work a W2 task, it will start your onboarding process with Ascen. You will want to pay careful attention to the prompts to ensure you fulfill all of the requirements to fully onboard before you can work.

- You must be fully onboard with Ascen before you can work a W2 task.

Application process - You must apply first, and then the Customer can choose whoever they wish from their list of applicants. If you are 'Selected' to work, you can proceed with onboarding.

- If you do Not complete all requirements 24 hours before the task's start time, you will be canceled from the task, and will not be allowed to work. (There is no way to receive payment if you are not onboarded and the scheduled tasker).
- Be sure to expand each section and acknowledge it. Sections include: Background Check, Important Deadline, and What Happens Next.
Important: Applying Does NOT Mean You're Scheduled and Eligible to Work
After you apply:
- Your status will be Applied.
- The Customer will decide whether to select you.
- If selected, your status will change to Selected.
The task status of 'Selected' does not mean you can work the task.
