For W2 tasks, all earnings are processed through Ascen's Payroll. You can view all money earned through the Payroll or Timecards in your Ascen dashboard.
Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for a Customer to confirm payment (if the task is modified to request more than what was posted, it may take 72 hours).
As soon as a Customer confirms payment, the funds are automatically added to your timesheet (visible in your Ascen dashboard). Payroll is then processed each Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays) at approximately 1:00-2:00 PM EST. These funds should be transferred from Ascen to your banking institution on the same day payroll is run by 9 PM (ET).

When do I Receive my Funds?
- Once you’re set up for direct deposit, payroll funds typically reach your bank within one Business Day. However, this may take longer if the following day is a bank holiday or if your bank holds your funds pending for any reason.
- Example: If you complete a task and it’s approved before 2:00 PM EST on Monday, the funds should appear in your bank account that evening.
