What is an I-9 form?
The I-9 Form (Employment Eligibility Verification Form) is a required U.S. government document used to verify a worker’s identity and employment authorization.
Under federal law, all employers are required to complete an I-9 form when hiring new employees.

What is an Authorized Representative?
- Your Authorized Representative can be anyone you trust, such as a family member, friend, colleague, or neighbor.
- This person will be responsible for reviewing your work authorization documents in person and completing Section 2 of your Form I-9. Once they fill out the required information, they will submit it through the platform to finalize your verification.
