This usually means you already have a Hyer account. Taskers are only allowed one account, so do not create a new one. Instead, recover your original account by following the steps below.
If you remember the email associated with your original account:
Open the Hyer app.
- When logging in to the Tasker side of the app, tap “Forgot your password?”
- Tap Receive Reset Link via SMS. (will have you enter the email attached to your old account)
- It may take a few minutes for the text to come through. Be sure you have a signal and that SMS texting is allowed on your phone.
- Wait for the code sent to your phone and proceed to log in.
