For tasks with a set start time, you should plan to arrive and begin working at the time listed on your Scheduled task.
The required task prompts become available one hour before the scheduled start time.
🚨 IMPORTANT: If you arrive or begin working before your task prompts are available, Hyer will not have a record of your actual arrival or start time.
What If the Customer Asks Me to Come In Early?
Sometimes, a Customer, manager, or lead may ask you to arrive or begin working earlier than the start time listed in the Hyer app.
If you are within one hour of your scheduled start time, tap through the applicable prompts.

The best practice for any supervised task is to always check in and out with the store lead or manager/supervisor on duty to reduce confusion on work completed and hours worked.
