YES!
You must have a cell phone with a data plan to work on all tasks with Hyer. You must be able to access the app before, during, and after tasks to select different things to start and finish tasks. Please follow all task instructions that you are scheduled to follow to ensure you have completed the task accurately. Not having your phone to complete the tasks properly may result in not getting paid.
Best Practice is to make sure you have your cell phone charged completely before starting a task.
You must ensure that you can hit the prompts correctly for each task that you work. See below.
- On The Way - You must be selected when you leave to go to the task. Not hitting this may cause the Customer to believe you are not coming to the task, and they may cancel you from the task. It is also important to arrive on time, as arriving late or not showing up violates the Terms of Use and may cause further review of your account status, or your account may incur a breach.
- I've Started Working - Must be used as soon as you are on-site and start to work on the task.
- I'm Done - This must be done BEFORE LEAVING THE TASK SITE! Clicking this while off-site or sometime after you are finished with the task may cause a delay or dispute in payment.

Request Payment - This should be done before leaving the task site. Remember to check out with management for supervised tasks to ensure there is no confusion about the work completed.
