Having your alerts turned on and SMS enabled is crucial to not miss important alerts regarding new opportunities or notifications that you were hired for a task.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: You can always opt out or turn off your notifications, but please note that this does not relieve you of your responsibility to arrive on time for any scheduled task. Each Tasker is responsible for reviewing their tasks to see what is scheduled.
If you respond to an SMS with the word "STOP," you will be unsubscribed from SMS/Text alerts from Hyer. This means you would not receive any text regarding you being selected/scheduled to work a task or the 12-hour and 2-hour reminders before your task.
I think I opted out by accident. What do I do?
If you opted out of SMS alerts, or think you may have, all you need to do is text the word "START" to the number 77913. This will enroll you to receive these alerts.
