Understanding the task status is very important to ensure you know which tasks you have applied for, which you were not selected for, and which ones you are scheduled to work.
📌IMPORTANT NOTE: Multiple Taskers may apply to open tasks, so you must never attempt to work on a task unless the task status shows "Scheduled".

What does 'Applied' as a task status mean?
'Applied' means that your application to work on that task is pending, and that the Customer has not yet selected a Tasker to work.
You will know that you have been scheduled for a task when the task status changes from 'Applied' to 'Scheduled.'
📌 If the task's start time is approaching and the status is still showing as 'Applied,' you can withdraw your application by clicking on the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the task and tapping 'Cancel my application'. The Customer may have forgotten to cancel the task if it is no longer needed, so if you are concerned about being selected to close to the start time, it is better to cancel your application.
What does 'Scheduled' as a task status mean?
If the status says 'Scheduled,' you have been chosen to work, and should show up to work on this task at the designated address and start time.
What does 'Offered' as a task status mean? (Private Offer)
If the status says 'Offered,' it means this is a Private Task sent to either just you or a group of Taskers. If you want to work on this task, you must act quickly by clicking it and accepting the offer. Whichever Tasker accepts the task first will be scheduled, and then it will move to the archived tab for anyone who did not accept it.
Notifications you will receive regarding a task's status
You will receive several notifications within the app itself. It will notify you when you are:
- Selected
- Two hours before the task's start time
- If you haven't marked 'On The Way' 30 minutes before the task's start time
