How To Request Payment After I Finish A Task. Completing/Closing The Task Out.

You always want to close a task out and request payment. If you leave it open, there is no way for the Customer to review your payment task.

Make sure you always close out the task. Follow these steps:

Note that if you need to submit a survey for your task, ensure you complete all the survey fields and upload any required pictures. The app will guide you through the prompts.

1. Select the 'I'm Done' button
2. Note anything you need to say to the Customer (include any details about if you couldn't finish or worked more etc.)
3. Select the 'Request Payment' button
4. Select either 'Task was Modified' or 'No Changes to Task"
5. Hit'Ok'
6. Once the Customer confirms the payment (which may take up to 24 hours), you will get an alert (see the final two pictures
