How Do I Know If My Payout Method Is Eligible?
You can check your payout method directly in your Stripe account.
- Open your Stripe Dashboard through the Hyer app.
- Go to your profile settings and then scroll down to Payout details.
- Locate your bank account or debit card.
- Look next to the payout method for a green Instant-eligible label.
📌 Important: A payout method can be successfully connected to Stripe without being eligible for Instant Payouts. Look for the green Instant-eligible label to confirm eligibility.
What If My Bank Account or Debit Card Isn't Eligible?
If you do not see the Instant-eligible label, that payout method is not eligible for Instant Payouts.

- Add a different eligible bank account or debit card to Stripe.

Keep your payout setting set to Scheduled so your available balance can transfer with the Weekly Payout.

What Bank Accounts or Debit Cards Are Supported?
Stripe determines which bank accounts and debit cards are eligible for Instant Payouts.
Most U.S. banks issue debit cards compatible with Instant Payouts, and some bank accounts can also receive them. Prepaid or reloadable debit cards cannot be used.
