Internal Notes allow your team to document experiences with Taskers and share helpful feedback with other members of your company who use Hyer.
These notes can help your team make informed decisions when selecting Taskers for future tasks, especially when multiple managers are involved in scheduling and overseeing work.
How Do I Add an Internal Note?
- Open the task in the Hyer app.
- Select the Tasker's profile within the task.
- Scroll down and tap + Add Comment.
- Enter your feedback.
- Tap Add Internal Comment to save your note.
When Should I Use Internal Notes?
Internal Notes can be used to document both positive and negative experiences with Taskers.
Examples include:
- Positive Performance: The Tasker did an excellent job, followed instructions, and would be a great choice for future tasks.
- Task Suitability: The Tasker performed well in certain types of work but may be better suited for different tasks.
- Performance Concerns: The Tasker did not follow instructions, left work incomplete, or did not meet expectations.
- Helpful Information: Details that may assist other managers when selecting or working with the Tasker again.
Examples of Helpful Internal Notes
Positive Feedback:
"Samantha did an excellent job organizing the aisles, followed instructions, and completed the work on time. Would select again."
Task Suitability:
"Samantha works well on reconditioning tasks but struggled to meet expectations when stocking. Recommend selecting for reconditioning tasks."
Performance Concerns:
"Samantha completed 3 of the 5 assigned deliveries and left the remaining work unfinished. Instructions were reviewed with her before the task."
Tip: Keep notes factual, specific, and relevant to the Tasker's performance. Avoid personal opinions, inappropriate language, or comments unrelated to the work performed.

Does Adding an Internal Note Give the Tasker a Breach?

Internal Notes are used to document feedback and share information internally.
If a Tasker's actions warrant a breach, you must use Hyer Assist to submit the appropriate breach separately.
