Here's how to check if the Customer confirmed the payment for your task.
Keep in mind that as soon as the Customer confirms payment, the funds immediately go to your Stripe account balance and stay there until you either take an Instant Payout or the funds transfer with the Weekly Payout.
How to View Your Payouts
- Click 'Settings' in the upper left-hand corner of the app
- Click 'Account Information'
- Click 'Payout History (Stripe Account)' under the Payment header
- Enter the Stripe verification code
- Scroll down to view your balance and your payout history
Notes
- 📌Remember, it may take up to 24 hours after clicking "I'm Done" for the Customer to confirm payment. Tasks that are edited (requesting payment for more than what the task was posted for) or tasks that had issues with photos for surveys may take up to 72 hours to process.

- Weekly Payout - Stripe transfers the funds every Wednesday
- Instant Payout - You manually transfer funds to eligible debit cards

📌If you are a new Tasker, Stripe may hold your first payout for 7-10 days. This action is not taken by Hyer and is managed by Stripe.
