Your Stripe Express account has the option of having a Weekly payout. This is a scheduled deposit of the earnings in your Stripe account balance that are sent to your bank account through Stripe.
It is important to make sure your Stripe account is set up correctly to process a weekly payout. Please see this article to learn more: Scheduled Vs. Manual Payments.
Here’s everything you need to know:
🔁 Weekly Payout Schedule
-
Earning Window: Wednesday (12 AM ET) - Tuesday (12 AM ET)
-
Stripe Bundles the Payments for Deposit: Every Tuesday, Stripe gathers the funds that are in your Stripe balance to be deposited into your banking institution.
-
Bundling Cutoff: Any payments deposited into your Stripe account on Monday after midnight will not be included in that week's deposit and will be pushed to the following Wednesday’s transfer.
Payouts Sent: On Wednesday morning, Stripe reviews your Stripe Hyer Express connected account balance and bundles all eligible funds. Then, Stripe will initiate the deposit of those funds into the account you have on file with Stripe.
If Wednesday is a holiday, the payout is sent the next business day. -
Bank Deposit: You should see the funds reflected in your banking account by the end of the day on Wednesday or Thursday.
Each bank is different and may hold your funds pending due to their processing.
