You've done the work and are now ready to get paid! Here is some info to help you understand when you will get your payout.
Quick Overview of How the Payout Works
When a Customer confirms payment for a task you completed, the money will first go to your Stripe account, and then, the funds can be transferred from Stripe to your banking institution by taking an Instant Payout or by waiting for the Weekly Payout.
24-Hour and 72-Hour Rule
- 24 Hour Rule - The Customer has up to 24 hours to confirm payment, starting from the time you mark "I'm Done" and request payment.
- 72 Hour Rule—Tasks that are edited (requesting payment for more than what the task was posted for) or that had issues with photos for surveys allow the Customer up to 72 hours to process payment confirmation.
Do NOT reach out to the Customer for payment. Reach out to Tasker support for any questions regarding payment.
