Did you receive a "Link cannot be generated" error when clicking a W2 task? If yes, this means your email was already captured by Ascen (employer of record for W2 work) for onboarding, but the onboarding was not completed.
Resolution: Please contact Ascen directly at support@ascen.com. They will be able to work on a resolution on their side.
