Yes, you can work both W2 and 1099 tasks, as long as your account is set up for both.
1099 Tasks:
- Payments are handled via Stripe, so this needs to be set up, and you need to complete a background check via Checkr (the system will prompt you to set this up)
W2 Tasks:
- You are employed by Ascen (EOR), and your payouts are completed through Ascen via direct deposit. You will also have to complete Ascen's onboarding and do a separate background check through them.
