No, you should never allow a Tasker to bring another individual with them to help on their task or work in place of them for the task.
Each person who is working on a task must be an official Tasker who has completed a background check and been assigned/scheduled for their own task.
The buddy/friend will Not be compensated for their work, and you open up your company and that individual to risks should there be an accident while on site. Hyer only provides OAI insurance for the scheduled Tasker assigned to that task through the app.
What should I do if a Tasker shows up with someone (buddy/friend)?
The scheduled Tasker can still work the task, but their buddy should be sent home. Please notify Customer Support of what occurred (please include the Tasker's name and the friend's name if you have it), and Hyer will reach out to provide that Tasker with a warning.
If it is someone completely different who shows up other than who is scheduled, send them home and notify Customer Support immediately who attempted to show up in place of that Tasker.
