Update (04/30/2025)
Previously, there was an option to enable your phone number to appear in the task, but as of 04/30/2025, Customer and Tasker phone numbers will no longer be visible to either party. This was done in an effort to protect our users' privacy. Please use the Customer/Tasker chat within the Hyer app to communicate with the other user.
If a Tasker reaches out for unrelated reasons or acts unprofessionally:
- Report it to Customer Support (support@gohyercom) for review.
- Block the number on your device if needed.
