Why?

There is no way to pay someone who is not assigned to a task.

You expose them (and yourself) to accidents or liabilities that the platform’s protections may not cover.

Those protections, along with your account access, may be lost if you violate this policy.

Each person on site must be an approved Tasker, individually assigned to their own tasks.
