Pensa Systems Tasks Information

1. What are Pensa Tasks?

Pensa tasks require you to scan shelves using your phone and send the information back to Pensa by using their app in conjunction with the Hyer app.  

• Pensa tasks require using two apps:
  • 📱 Pensa App – for scanning shelves and collecting data.
  • 🟦 Hyer App – for checking in/out, starting, completing, and requesting payment.
• ✅ Both apps must be used for your task to count as completed.

2. Logging into the Pensa App

• You do not need to create an account with Pensa Systems.
• After tapping the 'I've Started Working' button in the Hyer app (when on-site), a survey will launch with:
  • Your unique username and password for logging into the Pensa task for that task.

• ⚠️ Each task has its own login — if you’re working multiple Pensa tasks in a day, log out after each one.

3. Device and Connectivity Requirements

• The Pensa app must be installed on your mobile device. You can download the Pensa app by clicking these links: IOS Download or Android Download. 

• 📋 Your device must pass a compatibility test before you’re assigned Pensa tasks. If it fails, you won’t be able to accept them.

• A strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) is required. Some stores may not offer Wi-Fi, so you must have an active data plan with a good signal.

• Please do not remain on-site for an extended period if you are experiencing technical issues; you may need to relocate to an area with a better signal. Reach out to Tasker Support (support@gohyer.com) with any questions.

4. Completing the Task and Getting Paid

• After completing your scans in the Pensa app:

  1. You must leave the Pensa app open until the scans are finished uploading! 

  2. Return to the Hyer app

  3. Tap “I’m Done”

  4. Request payment

  5. Log out of the Pensa task

• ✅ To be eligible for payment, tasks must be:

  • Fully completed

  • Accurate (good scans; no tilting - watch the videos)

  • Submitted at the correct store, date, and time

• ❌ Partial or incorrect submissions are not eligible for payment.

Important Notes:

• Pensa tasks are unsupervised, which means that there will be no manager on-site to understand the objective of your task. You must carefully follow all of the directions and instructions (including videos) provided within your task and the Pensa app.
