Pensa Systems is a new Customer posting tasks on the Hyer platform. Pensa tasks are completed using the Pensa app on your mobile phone in conjunction with the Hyer app to scan retail shelves for data collection for Pensa.
The Pensa app is used to complete the task and scan the shelves, and the Hyer app is used to check in, mark that you have started working, you are done, and request payment. Both tasks must be used for the task to be successful.
How Do I log into the Pensa Systems app?
You do Not need to create an account with Pensa Systems; once you are assigned to a Pensa task and mark in the Hyer app that you started working, you will be provided with a unique username and password for that specific task that you will use to log into to the Pensa Systems app. The Pensa Systems app login information can be found in the survey that will launch when you click I've Started Working for your scheduled task (you must be on-site for the task in order to hit "I've Started Working."
Important Notes:
- You will need to download the Pensa System app on your phone in order to complete their tasks. (Some phones may not be compatible with the Pensa app.)
- You will have to go through a system compatibility test when applying to ensure your device is compatible with the Pensa app. If your device is not compatible, you will not be able to work on Pensa tasks. The Pensa app needs to run on wifi or a cell phone with a data plan with a good signal. (Some stores may not have wifi, so a data plan is required.)
- If you experience any technical issues while on-site and cannot finish the task, please immediately reach out to Tasker Support at support@gohyer.com.
- Please do not remain on-site for an extended period of time if you are experiencing technical issues; reach out to Tasker Support explaining what is occurring, and they will remove you from the task.
- Once you have finished and submitted your scans to Pensa, you will need to navigate back to the Hyer app, mark yourself as āIām Done,ā and then request payment. Keep in mind that the Customer has up to 24 hours to confirm payment.
- Pensa tasks are unsupervised, which means that there will not be any manager on-site who will understand the objective of your task. You must carefully follow all of the directions and instructions (including videos) provided within your task and the Pensa app.
- Keep in mind that the Customer will reject any scan submission that is not of the correct product, scanned incorrectly, or taken at the wrong location or time.
- Always log out of the Pensa app after requesting payment. This will help reduce any confusion with payout, especially if you have two Pensa tasks scheduled within the same day. Remember, each task will have its own username and password.
Will I still get paid for the task if I cannot complete the task or if my phone is not compatible?
No. Pensa is only able to pay out on tasks that are fully completed with an accurate scan submitted. Partial submissions or tasks that are started but not finished will not be compensated as they do not fulfill the requirements of the task.
