- If you are trying to connect with a Customer, messaging should only be done within the context of a Task.
- Once a connection through a task is established, you will be able to message the customer directly within the task using the chat bubble (be sure to select the customer chat). 💬
- Notifications will send an in-app message to the recipient. If the recipient has Notifications turned on, they will also receive push notifications.
