Can I Use Hyer on a Computer, iPad, or Tablet?
No. To use Hyer as a Tasker, you need a supported smartphone with the Hyer mobile app installed.
A desktop computer, laptop, iPad, or other tablet cannot be used in place of a smartphone to work tasks through Hyer.
Why Do I Need a Smartphone?
Your phone and the Hyer app are required to apply for and work tasks.
The app is used for important steps such as:
- Finding and applying for tasks
- Viewing your scheduled tasks and task instructions
- Selecting On The Way
- Selecting I've Started Working
- Completing required task prompts, surveys, and photos
- Communicating with the Customer when needed
- Selecting I'm Done
- Requesting payment
You'll need access to your smartphone throughout your scheduled task to complete the required steps in the Hyer app.
What Type of Phone Can I Use?
The Hyer app is available for supported Android and iOS smartphones.
Before heading to a scheduled task, make sure your phone is charged, connected to cellular data, and ready to use.
