If you receive an error when trying to mark "I'm Done," it is more than likely because you are no longer onsite. You should not leave the task site until you have marked "I'm Done" and requested payment. If you have already left, you may still proceed, but you need to fill out an explanation (must be at least 25 characters) that is sent to the Customer about why you attempted to click "I'm Done" while not being on location. If your task requires a survey, ensure all questions are answered.
