When you apply for a certificate or license to be added to your profile, this goes through a verification process. When approved, the certificate will be assigned to your profile. If what is submitted does not qualify or is not valid, the item will be rejected.
Denial reasons may include:
- Expiration date in the past (expired license or certificates will not be accepted)
- Document/photo is hard to read (if this is the case, please try again with a clear picture)
- Document ID unverifiable (unable to verify data to confirm what was uploaded)
- The issuing authority does not exist (unable to find the institution or the legitimacy of the document that was uploaded)
- Other (any other applicable reason which will be stated)
