What is Hyer?
We are an on-demand labor app (kind of like Uber for gig work.) We have two sides of the app (Customer and Tasker.)
What does being a Customer with Hyer look like?
We can help with any of your labor shortages and help identify where gig work can help your company run to optimal 💪️ efficiency. Whether it is merchandising, order picking, warehouse work, dishwashing, or hospitality help, we have a large pool of Taskers looking to make extra money. You can set up a task within minutes and then have Taskers who have passed a background check apply to your Task. Hyer pays out Tasker per Task, and as a company, you can set up a credit card or invoice to payout for the work completed through the platform. Don't worry; we don't charge you to sign up or force you to have any minimum amount of tasks posted. Our goal is to help you scale your workforce and help you achieve your goals.
How do I sign up as a Customer?

What does being a Tasker with Hyer look like?
The beauty of flexibility. As long as you are 18 and passed a background check with Hyer, you have unlimited 💰️ income potential. As a 1099 contract worker, you only apply to the tasks you want to work on. Once scheduled, all you have to do is show up, complete the task, and get paid! Not too shabby, right?
What do I need to work on a task?
You will need a working smartphone 📱️ (no tablets or computers). The phone must have an active data plan that will support using GPS to confirm your attendance on-site and allow you to use the Hyer app while working. Some tasks may have specific dress code requirements 👔️ that you would need to adhere to, like a polo shirt or specific colors. When reading each task's description, it will tell you exactly what you need (box cutter, etc.).
How do I sign up as a Tasker?
Download the app, follow the prompts to create your profile, and take the background check. Once you pass your background check, start applying for tasks in your area and get that 💲️.
