If a Tasker is ever expressing themselves in an unprofessional manner, reach out to Customer Support immediately️ so we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action. We also suggest that you block the Tasker from your phone to prevent any further communication from coming through and notify your leadership if needed. We always encourage users to communicate using the Customer/Tasker chat within the Hyer app.
Previously, there was an option to enable your phone number to appear in the task, but as of 04/30/2025, Customer and Tasker phone numbers will no longer be visible to either party.
