Taskers may ask for help, saying they can't hit a certain prompt in the app or see or access their payouts. There can be many reasons for this, and the best thing to do is for them to reach out to Tasker Support immediately by emailing us at support@gohyer.com.
Tasker Support can see exactly what is happening with this Tasker account to help resolve the issue quickly.
Keep in mind that there are many things on the backend that may affect a Tasker's account or their Stripe account, and that these are not apparent on the surface.
📌 Avoid giving the Tasker any other contact information you may have with other Hyer representatives, as they will not have the same access Tasker Support has and will not be able to assist in resolving the issue in an efficient manner as our dedicated support team can.
