Taskers may ask for help, saying they can't hit a certain prompt in the app or see or access their payouts. There can be many reasons for this, and the best thing to do is to have them immediately reach out to Tasker Support by emailing us at support@gohyer.com.
Tasker Support has all the access to see exactly what is happening with this Tasker account to be able to help resolve the issue quickly.
Keep in mind that there are many things on the backend that may affect a Tasker's account or their Stripe account that are not apparent on the surface. You are also more than welcome to reach out to support and email if you need additional assistance with the Tasker as well.
Please avoid giving the Tasker any other contact information you may have with other Hyer representatives as they will not have the same access Tasker Support has and will not be able to assist in resolving the issue in an efficient manner like our dedicated support team can.
