You can only work on a task at the Correct task location. It is very important to make sure you are at the correct location before starting work. If you realize you are at the wrong location, you should:
- Please notify the Customer via the in-app chat feature and let them know about the situation and that you are on the way. There may be another way to contact the Customer within the task instructions as well.
- Drive to the correct location and begin your task unless the Customer advises differently.
If you work on a task at the wrong location, you run the risk of not getting paid for your work. That location is not expecting you, nor are they expecting to pay you. You also are working outside of the Hyer app, which is not allowed.
How do I find out the location for my task?
You can find the task location by clicking on the Tasks icon at the bottom of the app and then clicking on the scheduled task.
