It is vital to properly check in and out correctly for each task. Each task type will include instructions on how to do this for that specific task. If this is not done properly, this may affect the Customer's ability to confirm your presence on site and issue payment.
Be sure to follow all instructions, including meeting in a designated area, signing in on a sign-in sheet or tablet, and using the customer service desk to page someone.
Prompts: You must also ensure that you are hitting all the prompts correctly so the customer can confirm you precense on site. See this article for more information: The Importance of Hitting Prompts Correctly
Leaving without checking out: If you leave without checking out, the customer may not be able to confirm the work you completed. You MUST check out as instructed. If there is a dispute regarding payment and you did not properly check out, they may not be able to confirm what was done, which can affect your payment amount.
Can't Find a Manager: If this is unsupervised work, be sure to follow the instructions. Likewise, if the work is supervised, you must follow the check-in instructions. If you have followed all instructions, you can use the in-app chat to communicate with the Customer.
Unsupervised Work: Note that for some unsupervised work, you may need to sign in or check in with a store manager, but that manager will NOT know your task or what you are there to accomplish. Please make sure you follow all instructions and thoroughly review all task materials to ensure all task requirements are met and that you can receive payment.
