Your Hyer profile picture helps Customers identify you when you arrive for a task. For security reasons, some Customers will not consider your application when deciding which Tasker to select if you do not have a headshot, so it's important to use a clear, professional photo of yourself.
📸 Profile Picture Requirements
- Clearly show your entire face
- Be a recent photo of you
- Show you facing the camera
- Be close enough that your face can easily be identified
- Have good lighting, where your face is visible
🚫 Do Not Use
- Pictures taken from too far away
- Group of family pictures (must just be yourself)
- No Pets
- Collages
- Memes, graphics, or other images that are not you
- Social media filters or heavily edited photos
- Black-and-white or sepia photos
- Photos where your face is turned away or partially hidden
- Sunglasses, hats, masks, or other face coverings
- Mirror selfies where your phone covers your face
- Photos containing inappropriate gestures
- Photos where clothing is not visible, or you appear shirtless
- A photo of your driver's license, state ID, or other identification document
