Skills, Certifications, Licenses, and Achievement Badges
Your Hyer profile helps Customers learn about your experience and qualifications. Some tasks require specific skills, certifications, licenses, assessments, or acknowledgments before you can apply.
Skills and Work Experience
Keep your work experience up to date so Customers can see your relevant skills, such as shopping, cake decorating, cooking, or bartending.
Specialized skills may appear on your profile when you add relevant work experience or complete a task associated with that skill.
Certifications and Licenses
Some tasks require specific credentials, such as a forklift driver or a ServSafe certificate. Review the task details to see which qualifications are required.
Assessments and Acknowledgments
- Assessments may include questions, videos, or instructions about performing the task.
- Acknowledgments are agreements you must review and accept.
Complete any required assessments or acknowledgments before applying.
Achievement Badges
Customers may award badges when rating your work. Hyer may also award badges automatically when you meet certain achievement criteria.
Checking Task Requirements
Open a task to review its requirements before applying.
If there is no check mark (you see the gold circle) next to that requirement, it means the requirement has not been met, and that you need to satisfy that requirement or update your profile with that information to be eligible to apply.
