How do I add Gwen to the homepage of my mobile device for easy access? You will want to do this so you don’t need to remember that URL!
For IOS Users:
- Step 1- Open the Gwen link on Safari (or your preferred mobile browser)
- Step 2- Tap the Share button (square with arrow ↑)
- Step 3- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Step 4- Tap Add
For Android Users:
- Step 1- Open the Gwen link on Google Chrome
- Step 2- Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right
- Step 3- Tap “Add to Home screen”
- Step 4- Tap Add
How do I log in to Gwen?
To use Gwen, simply log in with the same email and password you use for your Hyer account.
What do I do when I get into Gwen?
Just type of speak the details of the shift you want to post in your native language! Its that easy!
Note: Gwen uses native Android/iOS voice to text.To access the microphone, click into the box to text and your microphone will appear on your device keyboard.
If I run into an issue, how do I report it on Gwen?
To report an issue (or just to give us feedback) on Gwen:
- Step 1- Tap your name in the upper right-hand corner

- Step 3- An email will automatically open with your conversation ID included
- Step 4- Send the email to support@gohyer.com
