What are Preferred Workers?
Preferred Workers are a list of workers tagged by the supervisor for doing a great job for them in the past.
How do I mark someone as a Preferred Worker?
You can choose who to mark as a Preferred Worker in the Portal and in the Hyer App. While creating a task and selecting "Choose Taskers." This is the screen where you choose the worker for your specific Task from the list of possible workers. To make a worker one of your Preferred Workers, tap the heart icon to the right of their name. You can then filter the Workers on the "Choose Taskers" screen to only Preferred Workers, thus allowing you to see a list of your Preferred Workers to send an offer to them.
