Workers may ask for help, saying they can't hit a certain prompt in the app. There can be many reasons for this, and the best thing to do is have them immediately email Support at support@gohyer.com.
Support has all the access to see exactly what is happening with the worker account to be able to help resolve the issue quickly.
Keep in mind that there are many things on the backend that may affect a worker's account that are not apparent on the surface. You are also more than welcome to reach out to support and email if you need additional assistance with the worker as well.
Please avoid giving the worker any other contact information you may have with other Hyer representatives as they will not have the same access Support has and will not be able to assist in resolving the issue in an efficient manner as our dedicated support team.
