The app will have multiple prompts throughout your task that must be hit at the right time to make the entire task and the payout process as smooth as possible. These prompts help verify your presence and work, enabling the Customer to approve your payout accurately and on time.
As a Tasker, you are responsible for using the app correctly to ensure the Customer receives everything they need to review for payment. Hitting any prompt at the wrong time or not at all may cause a delay or dispute in payment.
What prompts will I have to hit in the app?
- On The Way - You must select this when you leave to go to the task. Not hitting this may cause the Customer to believe you are not coming to the task, and they may cancel you from the task. It is also important to arrive on time, as arriving late or not showing up violates the Terms of Use and may cause further review of your account status, or your account may incur a breach.
- I've Started Working - This must be used as soon as you arrive on-site and start working on the task.
- I'm Done - This must be done BEFORE LEAVING THE TASK SITE! Clicking this while off-site or sometime after you are finished with the task may cause a delay or dispute in payment.

Request Payment - This should be done before leaving the task site. Remember to check with management for supervised tasks to ensure there is no confusion about the work completed.
If your task requires a survey, please carefully fill out any and all fields to submit it properly. Missing a step may prevent you from proceeding to the next prompt.
