What Is the Hyer Standard for Taskers?
The Hyer Standard is the level of reliability, professionalism, and performance expected from every Tasker using the Hyer platform.
When you commit to a scheduled task, the Customer is counting on you to show up prepared, on time, complete the work as directed, and act professionally while on-site.
What Is Expected of a Tasker?
Following the Hyer Standard means:

What Happens If I Don't Follow the Hyer Standard?
Following the Hyer Standard helps you maintain your account in good standing, build a positive reputation with Customers, and increase the likelihood that Customers will want to work with you again.
Failure to follow the Hyer Standard can affect your pay, and if the Customer wants to use you for future tasks. It may also violate the Tasker Terms of Use and result in a breach or other action on your account, including restrictions or your account being disabled from the Hyer platform.
Hyer reserves the right, per the Tasker Terms of Use, to terminate or suspend access to all or part of the Hyer platform in accordance with its Terms of Use.
