What is a breach?
A breach occurs when you violate Hyer's policies or standards, such as being late, not showing up, or behaving unprofessionally. Breaches are recorded and tracked on your account. If an account receives too many breaches, it may be permanently disabled from the platform.
Reasons you may receive a breach (these are just a few examples and do not include all of the reasons a breach may be issued)
- Attendance Issues: Arriving late, late canceling (within 6 hours of the start time), or no-show.
- Conduct Issues: Unprofessional behavior, abandoning the task, disappearing while working.
- Performance Issues: Not completing the task as directed, messy work, or not cleaning up.
- Appearance: Dress code violations, showing up under the influence or appearing to be under the influence of certain substances.
📌️Remember, incurring breaches to your account can hurt your reputation with the Customer, which can result in them not selecting you again for future tasks. Any task that receives a breach for not showing or if the Tasker cancels the task late (within 6 hours of the scheduled start time) will result in the Tasker receiving a zero-star rating for that task.

Hyer reserves the right, per the Tasker Terms of Use, to "terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Hyer Platform for any or no reason." And every Tasker agrees to "fulfill the commitments you make to Costumers, including without limitation performing the Task(s) agreed, communicating clearly and promptly through communication channels provided by the Hyer Platform and/or responding to invitations promptly, and being present and/or available at the time you agree upon with your Customer."
