Stripe's dashboard will have a new look! Here is the information you need to know so that you can find what you are looking for when viewing the Stripe dashboard within the Hyer app.
- Clicking on the Settings / Account Information / Payment History (Stripe Account) under the Payment header; this opens your Stripe dashboard.
- Taskers will be prompted to enter the verification code sent to their phone number every time they open the Stripe dashboard.
- If you are not receiving the verification code, it is most likely because your phone number has changed and you have not updated Stripe with your latest phone number. See this FAQ for instructions on how to change your phone number in Stripe.
- On the main Stripe dashboard, you can find:
- Total Earnings
- Total balance
- Future payouts
- In transit to bank
- Earning reports (graph)
- Recent transactions
- Clicking Settings (3 line icon) / Settings will provide:
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Bank/Debit card information (under Payout Details)
- Your personal information such as Name, DOB, ID, etc. (under Personal details)
