Stripe's dashboard will have a new look! Here is the information you need to know so that you can find what you are looking for when viewing the Stripe dashboard within the Hyer app.
- Clicking on the Settings / Payment Information / Payment History (Stripe Account) opens your Stripe dashboard.
- Taskers will be prompted to enter the verification code sent to their phone number every time they open the Stripe dashboard.
- If you are not receiving the verification code, it is most likely because your phone number has changed and you have not updated Stripe with your latest phone number. See this FAQ for instructions on how to change your phone number in Stripe.
- Clicking the up/down arrow icon will provide the following:
- Current Balance
- On the way amount
- Total earnings
- Recent earnings
- Earning reports (graph)
- Clicking the person icon will provide:
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Bank/Debit card information (click on HyerApp Settings)
