Any user who updated to the latest version on Android was automatically logged out of the app.
For those users who need to reset their password, you will need to take the following steps because clicking directly on the link does not work at this time.
1) Go to the 'Reset Password' link in the email or SMS and hard tap the link until a menu opens
2) Select the 'Copy Link' option in the menu
3) Open a browser (Chrome) on your device and paste the URL in the address field.
4) The password reset screen will open and you can enter your new password
Another option is to click the 'Reset Password' link in the email while on a non mobile device (computer).

Known Issue: The Hyer Android build that was available as of yesterday (4/30) will result in Customers being switched to the Tasker side of the app. If you updated the app and find yourself on the Tasker side (blue design), please log out (Settings / Log Out) and then log back in using the 'I am a Customer' option.
If you are still experiencing issues, please delete/uninstall the app and reinstall it.
