Issue Found that impacted your profile selected / de-selected locations: THANK YOU to ZACHARY from 6071 for reporting!!!
Background: If Team Members were not interested in receiving shift notifications for specific locations, then they were instructed to update their profile by deselecting those locations. In the case of 146, team members were asked to update their locations to only locations within their home state.
Issue: The weekly Monday file load was adding all of those locations back to being selected so users continued to get notifications for shifts in locations they previously deselected.
Fix: We updated the code and this will not happen going forward (files are loaded every Monday). We did attempt to identify previously selected/deselected locations to correct; however, given the complexity and risk we did not feel comfortable to process.
Action Required: If you made selections to your profile locations prior to 5/19, then you were impacted and will need to go back into your profile again to make your location selections/deselections.
