Once a task is complete, both the supervisor and worker will have the opportunity to Rate each other in 4 areas (based on a 1 - 5 star rating). Once entered, this will calculate an average overall rating for the task.
- In addition, all tasks will calculate an average, which will be visible on the profile of the supervisor/worker.
- The worker/supervisor will have the ability to enter text, which can be made public or kept private.
- All worker/supervisor Ratings and Public comments will be visible when their profile is viewed.
Rating Category Breakdown:
Courtesy: Being respectful/professional, approachable, and easy to work with.
Quality: Follow instructions and be organized for the task.
Suitable Dress: Following the posted dress code.
Punctuality: Arriving on time and being ready to start the task.
Notes:
- Each business has the option of whether they wish their workers/team members to have visibility on their profiles to see the rating they receive from management on their completed tasks. If you do not see any ratings on your profile, this is the reason why.
