How does the program work?
Share your personal referral code with a local business, your favorite coffee shop, restaurant, or store. When they join Hyer and start posting tasks, you earn 20% of their task payments for 6 months.
Who enters the referral code, me or the business?
The business does, not you. Provide your unique code to the business. If you have referral cards, simply write your code in the space provided. When the business creates their Hyer account, they must enter your code at sign-up, and the referral will be locked to you.
Where do I find my referral code?
Log in to the Hyer app and navigate to the Home Screen. Click the Money Bundle icon in the Hyer Life Hub section on top. Your unique code is at the bottom! Provide that to businesses to earn referral income when they post!
When do I start earning?
As soon as the business you referred starts paying for completed tasks. Your 20% share runs for 6 months from their first posted task and pays out through the Hyer app like your task earnings.
Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many businesses as you like; each one earns you 20% of their Tasker Payments for its own 6-month window.
Can I earn for referring friends, too?
Yes. You earn $25 for every friend you refer who joins the student workforce and completes 3 tasks. Use the same referral code and be sure your friends enter it when they sign up! Your referred friend will receive $25 too after completing 3 tasks! Learn more about Tasker referral codes →
How will the referrals be tracked and paid?
For Tasker Referrals, you can track them yourself directly in the app in the My Referrals section, where you found your unique code.
For Business Referrals, Hyer will track this and notify you (look for a future enhancement to see this directly in the app!).
Once you've earned a referral bonus, it will be added to your Stripe balance. Referral bonuses are processed by the end of the day on the 15th and last day of the month.
