Hyer Assist is an awesome feature, but it is important to know how to use it correctly! Using Hyer Assist will place a breach on the Tasker’s account.
It is important that every time you use Hyer Assist that you write out a few notes as to why you are issuing the Tasker a breach. This helps our team have more knowledge of what happened.👍️
📌 Please keep in mind that if you ever have a poor or unprofessional experience with a Tasker, you may also reach out to Customer Support, so we can take any appropriate action that is needed.
Reasons to use Hyer Assist ✔️
- Was late
- Was a no show
- Acted professionally but did not complete the task
- Acted unprofessionally/Was unprofessional
- Behavioral issues
- Left the task site a mess and didn’t clean up after themselves
- Tasker claims to have worked the whole task but left things unfinished
- Did not complete the entire task
Reasons to NOT use Hyer Assist ❌️
- To send the Tasker a message before the task starts. Please use the Tasker chat
- To provide directions on the task. Please use the Tasker chat or call the Tasker if you can’t meet them at the location
- The Tasker accidentally requested the wrong amount
- Put a note in for other managers or field operations
- You scheduled the Task for the wrong day and need to cancel it
- The shipment or needed supplies/product for the task did not arrive

- Click the ellipses in the upper right-hand corner of the task you need to note
- Select Hyer Assist
- Choose the reason you are using Hyer Assist
- Write your comments on what happened
