To rate a Tasker, once a task is complete, both the Customer and Tasker will have the opportunity to Rate each other in 4 areas (based on a 1 - 5 star rating). Once entered, this will calculate an average overall rating for the task.
- In addition, all tasks will calculate an average, which will be visible on the profile of the Customer/Tasker.
- The Tasker/Customer will have the ability to enter text, which can be made public or kept private.
- All Tasker/Customer Ratings and Public comments will be visible when their profile is viewed.
Rating Category Breakdown:
Courtesy: Being respectful/professional, approachable, and easy to work with.
Quality: Follow instructions and be organized for the task.
Suitable Dress: Following the posted dress code.
Punctuality: Arriving on time and being ready to start the task.
