When working with any Customer, it is important to make sure you Check in/out when you arrive or end your task. Each task is specific and may have different sign-in/check-out instructions, so be sure to read ALL of the task's detailed instructions. Each task may have a different person to contact and different ways you can reach them (an overhead page from a Customer service desk, phone number, etc.).
If you do not sign in and check out properly or if you miss this step, the Customer may have trouble confirming your presence on-site, and there is a risk you may not get paid.
đź“Ś Take note that for unsupervised work, you may have to sign or check in with a store manager, but that manager will not have any knowledge of your task or what you are there to accomplish. Please make sure you follow the instructions and thoroughly review all task materials to ensure the task is completed correctly.
Your task will automatically close after the Estimated Start Date/Time and will appear in your “Archived Tasks” within the task tab. To avoid any delay in payment or running the risk of not getting paid, you MUST hit all of these prompts within the Hyer app. For more information on what an Expired task means, click here: What Does “Expired” as a Task Status Mean?
Note: If you have tried to contact the Custome while on site and have allowed some time for the manager to reach back out to you via the app and you still have not heard back, then you may submit a ticket to Hyer Tasker Support Team by selecting the circle with the white question mark in it at the bottom right-hand corner of the Help Center screen.
Within the Hyer app, you select these options every time: Remember, if this is not done, you run the risk of not being paid. You may not see these options until an hour before your task is supposed to start. You should only mark "I've Started Working" and "I'm Done" while being onsite.
