Acosta tasks are Unsupervised, and store managers on-site will not understand the objective of your task. They also will not be able to answer task-specific questions as they are not the ones who posted the task.
Read ALL task materials! They will instruct you how to check in and what to do if, for some reason, the Customer doesn't give you access to the back room. If you are denied access, there are still other parts of the task you can execute! Again, you'll need to carefully review all the task materials to understand what to do in these circumstances. Often there are parts of the task you can still execute, like the survey. Be sure to still take unique photos for the survey. If the survey is not complete with the required information added, the task will be disputed by the Customer.
Even if you have worked on a specific task type before, re-read all task materials to ensure you are submitting the survey and doing what is needed in order to try and get compensation for the task. The Customer will not payout and will dispute the task if their requirements are not met.
