What should you do if you can't work on the entire task?
If you are working on a supervised task, approach the manager and explain your situation and why you need to leave the task early. Be sure to discuss with them how this will affect your compensation so there is no confusion about what your payout will be.
If working on an unsupervised task, go into the app and in the task you are working and click the 'Contact Customer' chat icon in the upper right corner of the task. Be sure to note what work you have completed and what was not finished. If the task requires a survey, you must complete the survey in its entirety and fill out all required fields.
After notifying the Customer via the in-app chat feature that you are leaving early, be sure to mark 'I'm Done' and request payment.
Only request what you actually worked on. For example, if you only worked 3 out of 5 carts, request 3 carts and not 5, etc.
If you are working on a task that requires you to sign in and out, be sure to sign out and check out with management before leaving, as this could result in you not getting paid.
📌 Note: Be aware that leaving early or not working on a task as instructed in the Task Description may cause a reduction or dispute in the payment amount. Always use the in-app chat feature with the Customer if you have questions during your Task or before marking 'I'm Done' and requesting payment.
